This house is undergoing a total renovation, estimated to finish at the beginning of July 2024. It changed from 3 beds and 2 baths to 4 beds and 3 bathrooms where 2 are ensuite. A new sala with an outdoor kitchen, bar area, outdoor toilet, and washing room. The area around the pool will be tiled tiled. There are 2 new covered roofs at the front of the house where you have the outdoor seating/dining area. New tiles on the floors and a kitchen Island will be added where the indoor dining table was. A new sliding door is added instead of the window in the front of the kitchen.

Fully equipped European kitchen, dining table, gas stove top, living room with sofa and 55" smart TV, highest internet and TV box from 3BB, air-conditioning in all rooms, outside dining, and seating area with a roof fan, saltwater pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds, washing machine, private parking for 1 car. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with its own pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.

The guest can access all parts of Orchid Paradise Homes common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need.

We are at Orchid Paradise Homes daily and our office is located next to entrance 4. In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Our contact numbers are on the front page of the folder so If any urgent cases we will assist you within a short time. Office hours are 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends, if urgent issues we are always available on the phone.
