3 beds and 2 baths in the main villa, 1 ensuite bedroom in the guest house, and 1 ensuite bedroom with own entrance connected to the main villa, fully equipped European kitchen, kitchen island, dining table, roof fan in living room, sofa, 75" smart TV in the main house, 65" smart TV in the guest house, highest speed internet/TV box from 3BB, air conditioning in all rooms, dining area with 1 roof fans, 1 roof fan at the seating area outside the guest house, outdoor toilet, shower, 10 x 4 m infinity pool with jacuzzi, outdoor bar/kitchen with 2 gas burners, Ziegler & Brown gas BBQ, sink and fridge and sunbeds at the pool. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with its own pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.

We are at Orchid Paradise Homes daily and our office is located next to entrance 4. In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Our contact numbers are on the front page of the folder so If any urgent cases we will assist you within a short time. Office hour is 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends but if urgent issues we are always available on the phone.

Important Information
Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 10 adults and children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
