Thank You for Booking with Thai Vacation Homes

We appreciate your reservation and look forward to hosting you. Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to any products or services you purchase through us.

Payment Terms

At the time of booking, only the cleaning fee and 30% of the rental base charge are charged as a deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.

You may complete your booking on our website using the following payment method:

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us with a clear and explicit statement of your decision. You may contact us by:

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If this is an international transfer, a transfer fee will be deducted.

Eligibility for Cancellation

The cancellation request must be made more than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

Non-Cancellable Bookings

Please note that the following types of bookings are non-refundable:

1. Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date.

2. Bookings made under limited-time promotions or special offers.

3. Bookings completed through third-party platforms must be cancelled directly through those providers and are not eligible for cancellation through our service.

Thai Vacation Homes reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the stated conditions, at our sole discretion.
