Nice 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with guest house. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one bedroom is en-suite, the guest house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped European kitchen, living room with 50" smart TV, highest speed internet, TV box from 3BB, air-conditioning in all rooms, outdoor seating area at the sala and outdoor dining area at the house both with roof fan, saltwater pool with children area, sunbeds, outdoor shower, washing machine and parking for 1 car. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with its own pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. To find the exact location of house 325 simply copy the Google Plus code into Google map:

In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Important Information
Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 8 adults and children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
