Beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1 en-suite, living room has a 65" smart TV with sound system, master bedroom and bedroom 1 has 55" smart TV with sound system, roof fan in living room/master bedroom and bedroom 1, highest speed internet and TV box from 3BB, fully equipped European kitchen with kitchen island, safe, saltwater pool with children area and jacuzzi, outdoor dining and seating area with a roof fan, outdoor bar section with 2 gas burner, 55" smart TV, fridge, a 7" pool table, sink, blinds to protect against sun/rain, sunbeds, outdoor shower, and washing machine. Parking on common street. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.

The guest can access all parts of Orchid Paradise Homes common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need.

We are at Orchid Paradise Homes daily and our office is located next to entrance 4. In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Our contact numbers are on the front page of the folder. If any urgent cases we will assist you within a short time. Office hour is 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends.
