Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, 1 bedroom is ensuite, fully equipped European kitchen with bar solution, living room with sofa, 55" smart TV, highest internet and TV box from 3BB, air-conditioning in all rooms, outside seating and dining area with a roof fan, 8,7 x 4 -meter pool with children area 2,60 x 2,35 -meter, outdoor bar/kitchen with gas burners, griddle, fridge and sink, outdoor shower, sunbeds, washing machine, private parking for 1 car. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with a pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Our contact numbers are on the front page of the folder so If any urgent cases we will assist you within a short time. Office hour is 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends but if urgent issues we are always available on the phone.

Important Information
Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 6 adults. Children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
