Beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1 en-suite. The living room has a 65" curved smart TV, a fully equipped European kitchen with a kitchen island, wine cooler, dining area, safe, saltwater pool, and jacuzzi. The outdoor area has a bar/kitchen with gas BBQ, gas burner, sink, fridge, 60" smart TV, bar counter, ice box, 2 roof fans, and 2 blinds to protect against sun/rain. Big sofa and dining area. Sonos speakers. Private parking for 1 car, laundry machine, and sunbeds. There is a sofa bed for 1-2 people. All houses have an information folder with wifi name, password, contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with its own pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. To find the exact location of house 210 simply copy the Google Plus code into Google map:

In each house, there is an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Important Information
Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 6 adults. (7-8 adults if using the sofa bed). Children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
