Nice 4 bedroom house with a big kitchen w/bar solution and dining area outside. The house has a large living room that is both spacious and has a very nice and warm atmosphere. You can enjoy a big smart tv with channels from the whole world. Pets are strictly forbidden in this house.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the "guest house".
Aircon in all bedrooms and 2 in the living room. The outside area is beautiful with nice furniture and sun beds.

Important Information
Electric and water is not included and is to be paid when check out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair available upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we thin mattress suitable for children 3-16 years. Max 10 adult and 1 child under 6 year is free of charge when sleep with parents or in baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
