Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa (July 2024). 2 bedrooms are ensuite, and 1 ensuite bedroom has an entrance from outside.
Fully equipped European kitchen, dining table, gas stove top, living room with sofa and 55" smart TV, highest internet and TV box from 3BB, air-conditioning in all rooms.
Nice big sala with bar area, outdoor kitchen with gas stove top, and seating area. TV will be installed soon. Outdoor toilet and washing room.
There is a dining table with a roof fan outside the kitchen, a saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, sunbeds, and a washing machine.
Parking on common street. The villa is at the end of a small street.
When you arrive there are some free drinks in the fridge and an information folder with the wifi name/password and our contact details on the front page. Inside the folder are emergency numbers, some other information, the phone number and menu to Orchid Paradise Homes restaurant located at Orchid 1, QA codes for what to do, restaurants, markets, etc, and some maps that can be useful while you stay with us.
The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with a pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.

Office hours are 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends.

Important Information
Electric and water are not included and are to be paid when checked out. Electric is 7 baht pr kwh and water is 60 baht pr m3. Baby cot and baby chair are available and free of charge upon request/availability. Extra bed not available but we mattress suitable for children 3-13 years. Extra mattresses including bedlinen, towels, shampoo, and soap are charged 500 baht per night. Max 6 adults. Children are free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. 30% deposit when you book.
