Only available since July 2024, this is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom en-suite. Both bathrooms offer his and hers double sinks, plus spacious walk-in showers.

There is a fully equipped European kitchen, including an induction hob and breakfast bar. The spacious dining area and lounge offers complimentary high-speed WiFi and Internet TV from 3BB. New 65" Samsung smart HDTV and Samsung surround sound system.

All rooms have remote-controlled air conditioning.
The outside area to the front features a shaded patio with a dining table and seating for 6, and there is a further shaded seating area to the side of the villa.

The 1.5m deep saltwater pool measures 8m x 3m, with multi-coloured LED lighting for evening swimming, and an adjoining outdoor shower. 4 sun loungers allow you to take advantage of the all-day sun on the garden, which features indigenous trees and plants with an automated irrigation system. The villa’s high walls give guests complete privacy.

The outside area is completed by a tiki bar with seating for 4, including a fridge and built-in gas BBQ, and a storage/utility room with an automatic top-loading washing machine. There is private parking for 1 car on the driveway.

There is an information folder with the wifi name and password, the management office contact details, emergency numbers, and most of the information you need for your stay, including local amenities and transport services. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the fridge.

The Villa is located in a nice development called Orchid Paradise Homes which is 5 km from the famous Black Mountain golf course, and water & wake park in Hua Hin. Orchid Paradise Homes has a common area with a restaurant/bar, a common pool area with a pool section for children, a dart, and a 9" pool table. We have a BBQ buffet with live music every Friday in the high season. There is 24-hour security on the premises. Orchid Paradise Homes is around 5 km or 10 -15 min drive from Hua Hin city. Electricity and water are not included in the price. Electricity is THB 7 pr. kWh and Water is THB 60 pr. m3.

The guest can access all parts of Orchid Paradise Homes common areas and you will be able to enjoy the entire place with all the privacy you need.

We are at Orchid Paradise Homes daily and our office is next to entrance 4. Each house has an information folder with the wifi name, password, emergency numbers, and some maps/information to help you while you stay with us. Our contact numbers are on the front page of the folder. If urgent cases we will assist you within a short time. Office hours are 08:30 - 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends.
