Definitions

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website. "The Company", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Paradise Home Services Co LTD. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake our services to the Client, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of Thailand.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation as described in our Payment & Cancellation Policy. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. All payments are processed securely through Omise, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

Property Use

• Properties must be used for holiday accommodation purposes only
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property
• Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonable condition
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly
• Smoking is not permitted inside any property
