Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the full requested payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the property.

Cleaning Fees

The cleaning fee is already included in the total amount requested for payment and will not be charged separately.

Utility Charges

Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual usage during your stay:

Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. You will receive a utility invoice at the end of your stay.

Peak season exception (1 December – 1 March): Cancellations must be made at least 45 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations less than 45 days before check-in receive no refund.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM (15:00)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (11:00)
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is required. However, guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly.
